Our Privacy Policy

Kidzip.com understands that families are concerned about privacy and particularly the privacy of their children online, which is why Kidszip.com maintains a strict privacy policy. When visitors and members give us personal data we keep it confidential. It is never swapped, traded, sold or exchanged.

“Personal data” means names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or any other information that can be used to contact an individual.

We do not share visitor or member information with third parties unless we have the individual’s express consent or are required to do so by law.

Where personal data is collected, the obligatory or facilitative nature of the information requested is indicated. Where obligatory information is not provided, it may not be possible to process the request.

Your Internet Provider (IP) address helps us to diagnose server problems or website problems. It is also part of the identification procedure to receive stories. We use cookies for the same reason. This cookie is a short piece of data used by our web server to help identify you and has nothing to do with tracking your activities outside of our site. To receive your free story or maintain your Member status, your cookies should be activated.

On-line surveys
We conduct regular on-line surveys to define and respond to the preferences of our Members (you and your child). Any information provided is used only to help us to better serve your interests. It is always kept confidential. In short, we use this information to guide us towards the activities, items and theme titles in accordance with your tastes. Visit our commercial philosophy to understand how our surveys link to the project development.

Security payment information
Data collected at payment is used to credit your account. Because this information is not stored in kidzip.com online or offline files or databases, you are requested to "sign-up" each time your credit terminates. The credit card data requested at sign-up is entered into a secure https://URL page of the Protx company servicing the Cardnet facility of Lloyds TSB Bank.

Our weekly new-releases newsletter
You are invited to receive our free weekly or monthly kidszip.com new-releases newsletter. The newsletter contains: newly released titles; future events and activities; updated information and development of the kidszip.com site and its projects.

Updating Your Personal Data
If you wish to update, review or correct the information we maintain about you or to unsubscribe to the newsletter or other notifications you can email us at PP@kidszip.com. Any concerns about the Privacy Policy or its implementation may also be emailed to us at the above address.

Please consult our Privacy Policy from time to time for updates or modifications to it, however, our commitment to confidentiality and the appropriate use of personal information will not change.
